when dreams become reality..

Taraash ke kalpanaon ko maine ek muurat thi banai..
Apne armaano ko udaan dekar ek dilkash tasveer banai..

Ke nahi jahan mein milti thi kisi ki usse soorat..
phir ek din woh parde se nikal haqeeqat mein saamne aai..

Jhooma aasmaan..
Jhooma yeh jahan..
Jhoomne lagi har disha..
Ke jab woh khyaalon mein samaane lagi..

Zindagi kei yeh hasrat kitna betaab karti hai..
Lekar ud chaoon use kahi door..kis disha mein bas mann yahi sochta rehta hai..

the magic of her eyes....

the day.......when I saw her

My eyes could not meet .......

the enigma in her's

nor a smile did adorn my lips.......

but the spring in me bloomed

and my heart did skip a beat,

I know not of fear........

or uncertainity.......

I tried to hide my heart

....in my eyes.

"Can love hide itself"!?

Then in a trance

my lips danced a smile,

A blush of pink

....enriching my cheeks

Was anybody noticing?

In the darkness my eyes sparkled,

and I smiled.......

at the thought .....that

her eyes refused to meet mine

or could not meet mine

With shy innocence

she refused to speak.......

that puzzle....an intuition or a fancy

I know not.........

Yet,the answer I found.......

in those unspoken words.

BE MINE!!!!

Your beauty enchants me
and sends me into a trance,
My heart skips a beat
whenever you give me a glance!
When I look into your eyes
I can see your faith in me,
You give me the courage to rise
and the strength to break free.
When I hold your hand
I can conquer the world I feel
All troubles I can withstand
and with every problem I can deal.
You are the one who has brought
happiness into my life
All my sorrows I forgot
when you stepped into my life!
My life has taken a path new
from the day I met you,
My feelings for you are true
I think I really love you!

WHERE R WE GOING??

The paradox of our time in history is that we have taller buildings but shorter tempers, wider Freeways , but narrower viewpoints. We spend more, but have less, we buy more, but enjoy less. We have bigger houses and smaller families, more conveniences, but less time. We have more degrees but less sense, more knowledge, but less judgment, more experts, yet more problems, more medicine, but less wellness.

We drink too much, smoke too much, spend too recklessly, laugh too little, drive too fast, get too angry, stay up too late, get up too tired, read too little, watch TV too much, and pray too seldom.

We have multiplied our possessions, but reduced our values. We talk too much, love too seldom, and hate too often.

We've learned how to make a living, but not a life. We've added years to life not life to years. We've been all the way to the moon and back, but have trouble crossing the street to meet a new neighbor. We conquered outer space but not inner space. We've done larger things, but not better things.

We've cleaned up the air, but polluted the soul. We've conquered the atom, but not our prejudice. We write more, but learn less. We plan more, but accomplish less. We've learned to rush, but not to wait. We build more computers to hold more information, to produce more copies than ever, but we communicate less and less.

These are the times of fast foods and slow digestion, big men and small character, steep profits and shallow relationships. These are the days of two incomes but more divorce, fancier houses, but broken homes. These are days of quick trips, disposable diapers, throwaway morality, one night stands, overweight bodies, and pills that do everything from cheer, to quiet, to kill. It is a time when there is much in the showroom window and nothing in the stockroom. A time when technology can bring this letter to you, and a time when you can choose either to share this insight, or to just hit delete...

Remember; spend some time with your loved ones, because they are not going to be around forever.

Remember, say a kind word to someone who looks up to you in awe, because that little person soon will grow up and leave your side.

Remember, to give a warm hug to the one next to you, because that is the only treasure you can give with your heart and it doesn't cost a cent.

Remember, to say, 'I love you' to your partner and your loved ones, but most of all mean it. A kiss and an embrace will mend hurt when it comes from deep inside of you.

Remember to hold hands and cherish the moment for someday that person will not be there again.

Give time to love, give time to speak! And give time to share the precious thoughts in your mind.

AND ALWAYS REMEMBER:

Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.

JODHAA AKBAR..5stars!!

Just came back after watching Jodhaa Akbar and all I can say is that it's been worth 3 hours and 20 minutes..
infact, It’s been a long time since I have walked out of the cinema hall with a feeling of equanimity and the asseveration of having just witnessed a film that will go down in history as a classic. History with a heart, Jodhaa Akbar ravages the screen with its royal fest of nobility and catalytic performances , crowning it’s viewers with cinematic glory.
Brilliant performances from almost all the actors who appear on screen, great production values and stunning execution by the director Ashutosh Gowariker. For those of you looking for some spice, yes, Hrithik and Ash do share a fleeting kiss.
the jewels...the royal grandeur and the sets...ashutosh seems to have done almost to perfection..
nowhere does the film seem to drag..infact i sank deeper and deeper into it as the movie progressed..

politically speaking the movie actually has a great message..if the middle ages could have rulers who could understand the meaning of power and authority why is it that the same is missing these days??...

overall the movie is fantabulous...a must watch...maybe a 2nd time too...

There will always be Tomorrow..no matter how dark the night...

The Sun will come out, tomorrow
Bet your bottom dollar that tomorrow,
There will be sun..

Just thinking about tomorrow,
Clears the cobwebs and the sorrow
Till there's none..

When I am stuck with a day thats gray and lonely
I stick out my chin and and grin and say...
The sun will come out tomorrow
So you got to hang until tomorrow
Come what may...

Tomorrow, tomorrow, I love you tomorrow
You are always a day!
Always...

Life can just seem to be dragging sometimes...HANG ON!! there is always a tomorrow..
but does that mean..we need to just wait for the hard times to pass and good times to come??
TIME CHANGES...not by itself...but by OUR EFFORT...
so come on..just pull up..and get going...a BEAUTIFUL TOMORROW awaits...with open arms..
be the winner and hug her..

Yeh Honsla..

Yeh honsla kaise jhuke, yeh aarzoo kaise ruke
Yeh honsla kaise jhuke, yeh aarzoo kaise ruke
Manzil mushkil to kya, dhundla saahil to kya
Tanhaa yeh dil to kya ho...

Raah pe kaanten bikhre agar..
Uspe to phir bhi chalna hi hai..
Shaam chupaale sooraj magar..
Raat ko ek din dhalnaa hi hai..
Rut yeh tal jaayegi, himmat rang laayegi..
Subah who phir aayegi ho..

Yeh honsla kaise jhuke, yeh aarzoo kaise ruke
Yeh honsla kaise jhuke, yeh aarzoo kaise ruke

Hogi hamein jo rahmat ada..
Dhoop kategi saaye tale..
Apni khuda se hai yeh dua..
Manzil laga le hamko gale..
Jurrat sau baar rahe, ooncha ekraar rahen..
Zinda har pyaar rahe ho...

Yeh hosla kaise jhuke, yeh aarzoo kaise ruke
Yeh hosla kaise jhuke, yeh aarzoo kaise ruke

There is a time in almost every Civil Services aspirant's life when it is filled with confusion. At such times, when everything fails, there is only one thing that encourages him/her to move on - the passion for his/her work - and nothing else.
The other day, I was telling one of my friends who was very tired and had to walk for a little more distance that, these were the times when the necessity of a car is so strongly felt. It is the cumulation of such small thoughts with a mind losing focus on the work that makes a person lose the urge to carry on. So, you sit back, analyse, think about the passon with which you chose the field that you are working in and then weigh the pros and cons, a really passionate person returns to his/her work!
